The Schenectady Free Health Clinic in a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.  We do not bill patients for medical care or medications.  The clinic operates with donations of grants, supplies, or services.  If you are interested in making a financial contribution of if you are a health care professional and would like to volunteer please contact us at (518)344-7067.

Supplies

If you or someone you know has any medical supplies or (unexpired and unopened) medications please contact the clinic about the possibility of donating the supplies.

Supplies needed include office supplies, filing cabinets, computers, new fax/copy machine, tables or chains, and medical supplies.

If we cannot take or have no need for the supplies you would like to donate we will help you get in touch with other local organizations that may be in need of your donations.

Services

The clinic is constantly looking for volunteers such as health care professionals, receptionists, and office assistants.

Health care professionals needed include physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, medical technologists, medical transcriptionists, and medical specialists.

If you are a specialist interested in accepting patients referred from the clinic, please contact us as well.

In addition to these services we also accept services and informations from organizations (such as free cancer testing, bloodwork, etc.) which aim to reach out to low-income populations.

Grants and Donations

The Schenectady Free Health Clinic is on a constant search for additional funding so that we may continue serving our patients.
